Why I built SKHY Premium

I'm an individual investor focused on memory semiconductors, AI infrastructure, and the Korean equity market. I follow SK hynix closely across both the Korea-listed shares (KRX: 000660) and the Nasdaq-listed SKHY American Depositary Shares.

I built skhypremium.com because tracking the ADR premium was a daily headache. I was manually pulling prices from different sources, converting USD/KRW, calculating the spread, and checking how it moved over time. It was tedious, easy to get wrong, and there was no single clean dashboard that showed the full comparison at a glance.

So I built one for myself, then made it available to anyone who tracks SK hynix across both markets.

Data and methodology

Market observations come from publicly available or third-party data endpoints and may be delayed, unavailable, or updated at different times. They are not official Nasdaq or KRX data. Calculation rules are documented on the methodology page, and the ADS ratio is checked against the final prospectus filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
